Friends Of The Spoil Islands Mission Statement
Our mission is to support aquatic preserve staff in the management of seven aquatic preserves and the spoil islands within them through volunteerism, financial support, and outreach.
Our members are people like you who picnic, sail, boat, fish, camp, and paddle on our waterways. We are friends, family, parents, siblings, minimalists, and nature lovers. We are experts, novices, and learners supporting and enhancing our aquatic preserves through conservation efforts and partnerships.
